Registration & Payment* Information
*Payment is due at the time of registration to be considered confirmed. Trainings can fill up quickly. You can pay here on the website using PayPal or credit card. If you need to pay by check, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you the address and information you will need to send the check (please do not send checks to the facilities listed).
Cancellation Policy for Trainings Run Directly by Dr. Marich (Warren 2018): If you are paid in full and need to cancel, you will be refunded in full (less a $25.00 processing fee) if cancellation is 2 weeks or more before the training. If you need to cancel between two weeks and one week of the training for any reason, you will receive half of your payment (less a $25.00 processing fee). If you cancel within one week of the training we can only refund you a half credit toward a future training. If you no-show for the training or leave early for any reason, you are not eligible for a refund.
We are able to include continuing education for some professions in the cost of the registration fee. Please see our continuing education page for more information.
