I durst not reveal that I am enclosed in the womb
of Mary. Food umbilically appears from a slot
in the wall, waste magically removed the same way.
My tongue tastes flavors of rainbows, while my feet
intricately dance in unknown steps. The floor
pulsates and the walls shimmer. Oh! I am reborn
daily without ever leaving my cell. Praise God.

Kelly, that was beautiful. I'll read it several times over to "digest" it. Reminds me of "Lord of the Dance," which we sing at church.

Thanks, Ethel! Interesting thought about Lord of the Dance. I love that hymn.
